Influencer collaboration sweepstake

1. Promoter information
The promoter of the sweepstake is Corston USA LLC with a registered address at 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, Delaware, 19808.
Administrator information
The sweepstake is administered by Joanna Hawley McBride @jojotastic through her company, Jojotastic, LLC.
2. Eligibility
The sweepstake is only open to legal residents of the United States aged 18 or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives and immediate family members of the promoter or any affiliated people involved with the promotion, as well as their household members, aren’t allowed to participate.
This sweepstake is not valid where prohibited by law. If the promoter or administrator believe the sweepstake is illegal in any state or territory, it will be considered invalid in those areas.
3. How to enter
Participants can enter this sweepstake from 30th December 2025 at 12.00 MST, until 6th January 2026 at 23:59 BST.
Participants can enter by tagging a friend in the comments section of the official giveaway post and following both the administrator @jojotastic and the promoter’s Instagram account @corston.us. Each valid comment counts as one entry; multiple comments will result in multiple entries
Participants must follow all entry instructions outlined above or as stated on the giveaway page. Invalid, incomplete, or late entries won’t be accepted.

4. Prize information and odds
The winner will receive a $500 gift code to spend on Corston USA products online. The gift code amount includes VAT and no additional VAT claims can be made. The gift code will remain valid for 12 months from the date the account is set up and cannot be extended. Any unused credit after this will be lost.
To claim the gift code, the winner must directly message @corston.us on Instagram and request their personalised code.
If the winner is a Corston trade account holder and wants to combine their trade discount with the gift code, they must email aimee.mowe@corston.com. The Corston team will then place the order for the winner.
The gift code:
Can be used for multiple purchases within the validity period.
Can’t be redeemed for cash or transferred to another person.
Has no alternative cash prize.
The gift code must be requested within 15 working days of notification. Failure to claim within this timeframe will forfeit the prize.
The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, as well as any other expenses not specifically mentioned above.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The promoter won’t be responsible for any cancellations, delays, or omissions related to the prize.
5. Winner selection
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
Multiple geese may participate in the selection process by drawing entries from a physical hat, container, or pool containing all eligible entries.
There is a possibility that multiple names may be drawn during the winner selection process. In such an event the first name selected will be deemed the winner.
If animal participation is not possible or practical, the winner will be selected at random by the Administrator using an alternative random selection method.
The administrator is responsible for monitoring all eligible entries and securing and storing participant information to ensure a fair and impartial winner selection.
If the selected winner fails to meet eligibility requirements or can’t be contacted, a new winner will be chosen using the same independent, randomised method.
6. Notification
The winner will be announced on 7th January 2026. The administrator will contact the winner via Instagram direct message within 3 days.
The administrator will notify the winner that they have won the sweepstake and provide instructions on how to claim their prize. The administrator will also request the winner’s consent to share their details with the Corston team for prize fulfilment.
Participants must have access to their Instagram account at the time of winner selection and for at least 15 days afterwards to claim their prize.
7. Verification
The winner may be required to upload a photo of their ID to verify their age. The winner will also be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility confirming that they meet the conditions required in these terms and conditions.
8. General conditions
The promoter can cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstake if fraud, technical issues, or uncontrollable factors compromise its fairness.
The promoter may disqualify anyone tampering with the entry process or violating the sweepstake rules.
Any attempts to undermine the sweepstake may result in legal action for damages.
Entering the sweepstake means you fully accept the official rules and the promoter’s final decisions.
9. Data privacy
The administrator will collect personal data for the purposes of administering the sweepstake.
The administrator will comply fully with platform regulations and federal privacy laws, including United States laws regarding data privacy.
This sweepstake follows the promoter’s privacy policy, with any specific exceptions noted in the official rules.
The administrator may post the Instagram handle of the winner on the Administrator’s Instagram page at the time of the winner notification and announcement.
10. Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, regardless of any potential conflicts with other legal jurisdictions.

12. Force majeure
The promoter is not responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions or technical failures.
13. Dispute resolution
Parties must attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. Unresolved disputes will be settled through American Arbitration Association rules. Arbitration will take place in Wilmington, Delaware. The arbitrator’s decision is final and legally binding.
