Trade show admission is set by event organisers and is not required by or affiliated with this promotion.
1. Promoter information
The promoter of the sweepstake is Corston USA LLC with a registered address at 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, Delaware, 19808.
2. Eligibility
This sweepstake is only open to attendees of The Temps at Total Home and Gift Market, Dallas, from 7 to 10 January 2026, aged 18 or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives and immediate family members of the promoter or any affiliated people involved with the promotion, as well as their household members, aren’t allowed to participate.
This sweepstake is not valid where prohibited by law. If the promoter or administrator believe the sweepstake is illegal in any state or territory, it will be considered invalid in those areas.
3. How to enter
Participants can enter this sweepstake from 7 January 2026 at 8.30 CST until 10 January 2026 at 16.00 CST.
Participants can enter by attending The Temps at Total Home and Gift Market, following the promoter on Instagram @corston.us, taking a photo of the trade stand, and posting it as an Instagram Story, tagging the promoter so the post is visible to them.
Participants must have a public Instagram account at the time of posting the photo of the trade stand and for the full duration that the Story remains live, to ensure the promoter can see the entry.
The Story must remain live for 24 hours.
If the Story is posted to ‘close friends’, the entry isn’t valid.
The participant can only enter once, regardless of the number of Stories posted.
To enter, participants must adhere to the entry instructions above. Invalid, incomplete, or late entries won’t be accepted.

4. Prize information and odds
The winner will receive a $500 gift code to spend on Corston USA products online. The gift code amount includes VAT and no additional VAT claims can be made. The gift code will remain valid for 12 months from the date the account is set up and cannot be extended. Any unused credit after this will be lost.
If the winner is a Corston trade account holder and wants to combine their trade discount with the gift code, they must email aimee.mowe@corston.com. The Corston team will then place the order for the winner.
The gift code:
Can be used for multiple purchases within the validity period.
Can’t be redeemed for cash or transferred to another person.
Has no alternative cash prize.
The promoter will reach out to the winner and discuss the process of claiming the prize with them. The gift code must be claimed within 15 days of notification. Failure to claim within this timeframe will forfeit the prize.
The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, as well as any other expenses not specifically mentioned above.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The promoter won’t be responsible for any cancellations, delays, or omissions related to the prize.
5. Winner selection
The winner of the sweepstake will be chosen at random from all valid entries.
The promoter is responsible for monitoring all eligible entries and securing and storing participant information to ensure a fair and impartial winner selection.
If the selected winner fails to meet eligibility requirements or can’t be contacted, a new winner will be chosen using the same independent, randomised method.
6. Notification
The winner will be contacted by Instagram direct message via the official Corston USA account @corston.us. Entrants must have access to their own Instagram account at the time of winner selection or within 15 days to claim their prize.
The winner will be contacted on 13 January 2026.
7. Verification
The winner may be required to upload a photo of their ID to verify their age. The winner will also be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility confirming that they meet the conditions required in these terms and conditions.
8. General conditions
The promoter can repost or share any Instagram Stories submitted as part of an entry on the official Corston USA account @corston.us. By entering, the participant allows the promoter to use, reproduce or display the submitted content for promotional purposes related to the sweepstake.
The promoter can cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstake if fraud, technical issues, or uncontrollable factors compromise its fairness.
The promoter may disqualify anyone tampering with the entry process or violating the sweepstake rules.
Any attempts to undermine the sweepstake may result in legal action for damages.
Entering the sweepstake means you fully accept the official rules and the promoter’s final decisions.
9. Data privacy
The promoter will collect personal data for the purposes of administering the sweepstake.
The promoter will comply fully with platform regulations and federal privacy laws, including United States laws regarding data privacy.
The promoter may upload the information collected, such as Instagram handles, to a third-party generator to select a winner at random.
This sweepstake follows the promoter’s privacy policy, with any specific exceptions noted in the official rules.
10. Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, regardless of any potential conflicts with other legal jurisdictions.

12. Force majeure
The promoter is not responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions or technical failures.
13. Dispute resolution
Parties must attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. Unresolved disputes will be settled through American Arbitration Association rules. Arbitration will take place in Wilmington, Delaware. The arbitrator’s decision is final and legally binding.
